Delivery method

Courier
|
Our standard delivery is by couriers, with much of it direct shipped from the manufacturer to keep our prices down. This ensures that:
- The goods are fully insured during transit with the courier
- The courier delivers and gets a signature as proof of delivery
- The courier has a tracking system so that in the event of a delivery going astray, we can find out what happened to it.
Couriers require someone to be at the delivery address during normal business hours to sign for the package. If there is no-one available, an additional delivery fee may be charged.

Pick-up
|
We are very happy for customers to pick up from our offices at Unit 12, 6 Campbell St, Artarmon 2064 (see the Contact Us map). We still need to charge the Sydney metro delivery fee – to cover the cost of delivery from manufacturer to us. If you select this method of delivery, we’ll contact you when the goods are ready.
Please note that we don’t have “walk-in” sales.

PO Box
|
We can ship to a PO Box for an extra charge. Please contact us if this is required.

|
International
|
ProjectorsOnline does not ship orders internationally.

Delivery pricing
We are able to determine the delivery fee for the majority of products and destinations. However in some circumstances, the identified delivery fee is an estimate - Courier charging is an arcane science – we reserve the right to advise you that the delivery fee has changed, and ask you if you would still like to proceed with your order. If you cancel, this is at no penalty to you.
Payment
ProjectorsOnline protects you by only processing your payment once we are sure the goods ordered are available. You protect us (and our low prices) by accepting that we require “cleared funds” before delivery.

Direct Deposit /
Internet Bank Transfer

Once we confirm your order, undertake a direct deposit / internet bank transfer into our bank account and then email or fax us a copy of the bank receipt.

Even though you enter your credit card details, they are not stored in our database, and the card is not immediately processed.
Alternatively you may ring or fax through with your card details – but you must complete the order beforehand.
The card will be verified for pre-approval. Once delivery and pricing details are confirmed, we will effect payment.
Note there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payment as identified on your order.
We only accept credit card payments from Australian residents using a credit card issued by an Australian bank.

Fraud prevention
ProjectorsOnline believes that the safeguards on our site and through our processes ensure your protection, and we hope you appreciate that we need to protect ourselves as well. We may require you to provide additional identification to confirm your details. This would usually be a fax of your credit card and drivers licence or other id with a signature.
If we believe that there may be fraudulent activity occurring, we actively support the police in investigating any fraudulent transactions. As a reference, here is a relevant section from the NSW Crimes Act:
